We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. COD, company check, check-by-phone or open accounts with net terms are available to qualified dealers on approved credit.
Order Process & Shipping status
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. We do request 48-72 hrs for all items that are in stock to process an order. However, if there are any complications with the payment processing or if an item is out of stock, it may be delayed further. We do not process orders on weekends or observed holidays, therefore any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Out of stock items:
Any unavailable items are automatically placed on back order. Back order items will be shipped immediately when the product arrives. We calculate shipping charges as if all items all shipped simultaneously. There is no additional shipping fee for back ordered shipments. We will update your order status via email.

When will I get my order?
Delivery times are estimated based on ZIP code. Given that it takes 1 to 3 business days to process the order and transit time is 2-7 business days, total delivery time is 3 to 10 business days. Note that business days do not include weekens or holidays.
How do you ship?
Most orders are shipped through US Mail. Very small or light orders are shipped First Class mail in padded envelopes. This ensures that they will fit into your mailbox. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation is used for larger or heavier packages. Delivery time for Priority Mail is generally 2-4 business days, but the delivery timeframe is not guaranteed. Delivery time for First Class mail is 2-7 business days. Note that these are delivery times after the item has shipped.
How much is standard shipping and handling?
Shipping is calculated during checkout, based on the destination zip code.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box using US Mail if it is also your credit card's billing address. We will not ship to a P.O. Box that is not your billing address.
While we fully support and respect members of the Military, we are no longer able to offer deliver to any AE, APO, AP or FPO boxes due to the cost of insurance and postage.
